Tour Bus Pre-Notification Form

Please let us know if your group is planning to visit one of our New York State Thruway Service Areas by completing the following information. We recommend providing 24-48 hours notice to assist us in better welcoming and serving your group.

One (1) complimentary meal will be provided to (1) Driver of a coach bus transporting passengers when stopping at a Service Area on the Thruway.

If your trip itinerary changes and a stop at a New York State Thruway Service Area is no longer needed (or if a different service area is selected), please let us know at your earliest convenience.

NYS Thruway service areas are operated and staffed by Applegreen USA. An Applegreen representative may contact you regarding the bus visit you submit.
